External Opt-Out Policy

The TMX FinanceĀ® Family of Companies (collectively, the "Company", "we", or "us") follows all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules, and regulations regarding all marketing and account-based customer communications/solicitations. We maintain internal opt-out lists to honor customer preferences are updated as soon as is practical upon receiving an opt-out request. We monitor all communication campaigns (including but not limited to: texts, emails, mailers, calls and voicemail drops) and scrub against our internal lists, as well as the Federal and any state specific Do Not Call Lists (when applicable) prior to deployment to verify all customer preferences are honored.

You can opt-out of select or all direct communications by emailing us at optout@titlemax.com, or by calling the customer service line at 1-800-804-5368. You can also provide a written or verbal request to opt-out of targeted communications at the store level. Once we receive your request, the corporate office will add you to our internal opt-out list for the method of contact indicated indicated (i.e. calls, texts, emails, mailers, etc.) and the type of message indicated (account, marketing, collections, etc.). At that time, we will cease future targeted communication efforts for the indicated method of contact/message subject matter unless you opt back into such communications at a later time.

You can also stop receiving email communications by clicking "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any email message received from us. You can also stop receiving specific text messages from the Company by replying to any text message we have sent you with the word "STOP." If you wish to stop receiving all text messages from the Company, including those with account alerts and information, you can reply with "STOPALL." Should you ever need to contact us, reply to any text message with the word "HELP." Upon receiving your text message, we will reply with information on how you can contact us.

Please note we will never request that you send us your social security number (SSN) or banking information via text message or email, or by mail. If you receive a text, email or letter, but are not sure if its from the Company, please call us at 1-800-804-5368 to speak to a Customer Service Representative.

Privacy Disclosure

If you wish to opt out of the Privacy Disclosure Notice, you must call the Corporate Office at the number listed on your disclosure and a representative will comply with your request. Please note, if you opt out of the Privacy Disclosure Notice, you will no longer receive marketing communications.
