TEXT MESSAGE DISCLOSURES

We only send text messages to consumers who have opted into the Text Message Program. If you are receiving text messages from TitleMax®, at any time, you may with-draw your consent. The best ways to communicate your opt-out choice to TitleMax® are by replying "STOP" or "STOP ALL" to any text message you receive, sending an email with your request to optout@titlemax.com, or calling the TitleMax® customer service line at 1-888-869-4522.

IMPORTANT: if you change your cell phone number, you will need to inform TitleMax® of that change and agree to a new text message consent in order to continue to receive text messages from TitleMax®.

Eligibility: TitleMax eCommerce services, products, and funded amounts vary and are not available in states. Must be at least 18 years of age. Online account approval requires satisfaction of all eligibility requirements, including a credit inquiry, and an active military “covered borrower” check. Must provide a valid and active email address and phone number, a valid SSN, active bank account details (dated within the last 60 days), and a valid government-issued ID to apply. If your bank account statement does not show recurring income deposits, you will also need to provide proof of income, like a paystub, from within the past 60 days. You must also reside in a state in which we do business (currently AZ, DE, ID, KS, MO, MS, SC, TN, TX, UT or WI). In AZ, a valid AZ motor vehicle registration in your name is required. Line of Credit ("LOC") customers are subject to a periodic income review/validation to maintain credit limit. Minimum/maximum unsecured online loan amounts vary by state. First time maximum for new personal loan customers varies by state; first time max is $700 in AZ, $1,000 in SC, $2,000 in TX and $1,650 in other markets. Returning personal loan customers may be eligible for higher loan amounts, up to $2,500. SC min is $610. Certain other terms and conditions may apply.

TN customers: Only one LOC per customer, inclusive of other lenders.

TX customers: TitleMax Online of Texas, Inc. d/b/a TitleMax acts as a Credit Services Organization to assist customers in obtaining a loan through an unaffiliated third-party lender.

Available Funds: Not all online customers have Available Funds, and Available Funds may not be offered for all products. When/where available on certain products, customers may request any Available Funds by logging into their account via the customer portal. Available Funds is the difference between your outstanding principal account balance and the amount qualified for at origination, OR the credit limit of your Line of Credit ("LOC") account (ID, KS or TN only). Available Funds is funded via ACH transfer to the customer's bank account. Accessing Available Funds requires new loan agreement, or for LOC customers, a new draw. LOC customers are subject to a periodic account review and income validation to maintain credit limit, which may need to be performed before Available Funds can be accessed. In SC: If your current account balance is $1,000 or less, you must have available and borrow 10% of the current balance to refinance and meet the $610 loan minimum.
